Beverley Simms
Founder, Inclusivus

Background
Beverley brings a systems perspective to organisational effectiveness, connecting behavioural, cultural and operational layers to create clarity, cohesion and measurable impact. Her work strengthens governance, decision-making, leadership capability and cultural maturity across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
She has led large-scale cultural and behavioural change across organisations ranging from 70 to 2,500 staff, spanning the public sector, further education, national bodies and corporates. Working closely with senior leaders and boards, she shapes strategic narrative, builds leadership cohesion and activates inclusive, high-performing cultures and teams. Beverley holds a degree in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London and is a qualified APMG Change Management Practitioner with deep experience in Prosci methodology.
She is known for a calm, confident presence, emotional intelligence and the ability to hold space for reflective, strategic discussion. Her approach blends behavioural science, organisational psychology and systems thinking to create sustainable, people-centred change.
- Grounded in evidence and professional experience
- Commercially aware and practically focused
- Focused on structural causes, not surface-level interventions
- Direct and honest counsel for senior leaders
The Inclusivus approach
Beverley's work begins with diagnosis rather than prescription. She identifies root causes, seeks out drivers for change and designs the conditions where people, culture and performance can transition and thrive. Real transformation, in her view, is not achieved through frameworks alone. It requires leaders willing to examine how their organisation actually works, challenge inherited assumptions and commit to structural change that goes beyond procedure.
